There is nothing like fresh blueberries. To liven up our morning oatmeal we decided these little babies would do the trick. They are so good! They are full of vitamin C, manganese (converts protein to energy), fiber, and antioxidants – what’s not to love.
Cool summer idea – stick fresh berries (blackberries and blueberries are my favorite) in the freezer on a cookie sheet, separated not to touch, freeze and bag them – keep frozen and they wont turn mushy. Eat this in place of frozen treats or Ice Cream. Very refreshing and guiltless.
