One of my favorite dishes to make is the classic English dish, Bangers and Mash. I usually use Yukon Gold potatoes, a little bit of butter and milk, salt and pepper and the key ingredient Yves Veggie Chorizo. First, you must fry the chorizo in a little olive oil, until crispy and crumbly and then add it to the mash. While the sausage is not the same texture, the flavor is great and goes well with the potatoes. Great comfort dish and still vegetarian.
