This week Amy made probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. While I’m not certain exactly what she used, I do know it had tempeh, mustard, onions, spices and veganaise. The tempeh was caramelized and mixed in with other other ingredients and added to toasted whole wheat bread. Incredible, simple and full of flavor. Tempeh is also very healthy and full of protein. We prefer the Turtle Farms brand, at about $2.75 a pack.
